See our article on 3D plastics and some use cases. (Document in process)

What if my file is not correct or will not print right?

That’s what we are here for! We are not just your fly by night, “get what you get” service. We have over a decade of experience making sure prints are successful. We want you to be happy with your parts. We analyze every part in our software that we received for printability and will address and offer feedback for any areas we identify as problematic or just less than ideal.

How long does it take to get something printed?

The million dollar question. This can vary depending on many factors. Average size (6-8 inches cubed) 3D prints range from 6-50 hours+ and larger (12-20 inches cubed) can be upwards of 100-150 hours!

What if I have questions about what I need to print?

Thats what we are here for, contact us for a free consultation!

What if the part I get printed does not work or fit?

That's one of the great things about additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping, changes are as easy as printing a modified design. You can have an updated component in days instead of weeks or months.

What if I need the part scaled smaller or bigger?

Scaling, slicing(cutting larger components into smaller printable pieces) and mirroring are all generally possible before printing.

If I get something printed and need to print more can I buy a printer from you already set up to print the part?

We offer turnkey solutions for most all of our printers so you can have the piece of mind that once your machine is installed you can hit the ground running and not spend weeks with setting and material choices.
