Northeast 3D's printed tooling is strong, light and less expensive. 
We use a chopped carbon fiber reinforced nylon base material that is chemically resistant and with a carbon fiber inlay if required. The material is resistent to manufacturing environments and probably will surpass the cycles of traditional steel tooling.
